Why These Are Important: These goals are the most important to me at this stage in my life. Before I would have had a culmination of solely business goals here, but I took a step back and looked at the bigger picture. The first is important because it will be a barrier to break for myself/business to show that my entrepreneurship journey was the correct path over a corporate job. The second is important because I want to start earlier on investing in long term wealth. I want to learn and fail while I can here so that I can build in the future. The third is important because I think learning is one of the most important things that anyone can do. If you aren’t actively taking in new information you are missing out on opportunities, other experiences, perspective, and so much more. The fourth is something that has been brought to my mind recently. If I am going to be successful I want the people that have helped me and supported me to be there with me. I want the relationships to be at their strong points as my success grows. The fifth is a couple of items combined and is important because you only get one body. Not only does it help in every aspect of my life when I continue good health, but it’s also something I have always loved. For the sixth I want to get to this point so that the majority of my basic expenses are covered. That way any profit brought in can be pocketed or reinvested elsewhere.S

The Type of Person I Need to Be: In order to accomplish these goals, I need to be extremely focused and good at time management. The monetary goal isn’t so huge that I need to spend every hour of my day working towards it, but it is enough that I need to stay smart about the work I do. For the business goals I need to have a clear vision of how I am going to proceed in the projects I take and not take random projects that don’t align with that vision. For the health aspect I need to have a plan and stick to it on a daily basis. If you commit to the vision, there are things that naturally you can’t and shouldn’t do and I am fine with that at this point in my life. For example, partying is not going to be in my picture as I focus on these other priorities. Lastly and most importantly, to reconnect with the people in my life I need to maintain the time balance, but also, I need to be more aware. How do the people in my life want to be treated when I am with them, when I talk to them, etc. I want to become someone that people can trust and view as a role model. In my future I want to help people overcome the struggles I have gone through. Overall, it will take a lot of discipline, time management, and continued improvement on personal changes.
